About the Sunnyside Business Alliance
The purpose of the Sunnyside Business Alliance is to be a collective voice for the business and property owners to navigate, negotiate, and work with the City and County of Denver in transitioning the Sunnyside industrial area into an Innovation District as Denver is recommending per the Near Northwest Area Plan – Public Review Draft #1 – June 2023; Draft # 2 – October 2023
